This vintage Y2K top by the brand XOXO is super Lizzy Mcguire coded. I swear I can see her wearing this top. The fabric is a cotton blend knit in a deep magenta pink color. There are colorful seed beads applied all around the neck (they are not sewn on but appliquéd). Top has tiny side slits and a slightly cropped length.
