Kindness Matters Upcycled Tee Dress. Made this one with a soft, blue tee with cuffed sleeves and a cute pink tiered skirt. Ties in the back, so it can be made tighter. My dresses are made with 100% upcycled and vintage fabrics. All items are serged and/or double stitched.

No size on the tee. Shown on my large mannequin and fits nicely. Please see measurements.
